Eversole is fabulous! We have been customers since we had our first ever pool installed almost 7 years ago. They have always been incredibly helpful and patient with us, and we have had excellent service from everyone there. We recently had the rails and felt on a very sentimental pool table restored, and they did a phenomenal job bringing our pool table back to its former glory! We cannot recommend them highly enough for any of your pool/spa/billiard needs.

We had a great experience with Chad and Karolyn Eversole from purchase through delivery. Communication was clear and timely, all our questions were answered thoroughly, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free.

Delivery was professional and efficient, and the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our space. They took the time to make sure everything was set up properly and that we understood the basics before they left.

Starting right off with the owner, Chad was a person my wife and I felt good vibes with right away. He never made us feel pressured or was trying to be pushy. Chad went through all kinds of options with us and explained or answered any questions we may have had. On the day of delivery Alex and Chris showed up and was very professional. The two of them had the job done with no issues and were very informational on how everything worked. The service from the showroom to the delivery was outstanding. Installation was great

I went into Eversole, looking for a hot tub with specific things in mind. I wanted to tell with a small footprint lots of jets. I wanted to use it more as a therapeutic tub for my arthritis. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and treated Very well. Everyone from the owner to the people who installed it. My experience was wonderful with all of them I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a hot tub.

The staff at Eversole was awesome!!! This was probably the best customer service I have experience anywhere, ever, in my 42 years of life. Chad and Karolyn were great, and patient. We are new to Hot tubs and it took us a couple of wet tests to zero in on the perfect tub. We found it with the Hot Springs pulse, its an amazing tub. I would recommend Eversole pool and spa to anyone looking at hot tubs.

Amazing local family business to work with. Incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Professional Installation. This is my third hot tub, and my best experience yet.

The experience was very pleasant. The only thing that could’ve made it better is when they delivered the hot tub they could send an electrician to run the proper wire needed so we could use the hot tub. Instead we had to call around to different electricians to do the job. We did find someone that could do it a week later so we haven’t been able to use it yet. Other than that everything was good.
