We had our hot tube delivered today and I have to tell you the 2 guys came set it up very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained in very plain language just how to take care of the hot tube and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with all aspects of my experience with Eversole Pool & Spa from our initial buying of tub to delivery.

We met with Chad on our first visit to Eversole. He was very knowledgeable on each brand of hot tub they carried and on the specific features of the hot tubs that met our needs. He also made arrangements with us to pickup our current hot tub. Once we had decided on the specific brand and model of hot tub we made a second visit to Eversole and met with Karolyn who provided us with additional information on the specific hot tub we wanted to purchase. Both worked with us to complete the purchase and to answer additional questions. The hot tub was delivered within the stated time frame. The crew members that picked up our old hot tub and then returned to install the new hot tub were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with along with explaining the operation of the new hot tub and the use of the hot tub chemicals.

Eversole gave me a great deal on a hot tub. They were very informative about all the features and straightforward with pricing. The guys that delivered it were very careful, put it right where i wanted and did all the hookups, waited for the water to fill and made sure everything worked. The explained the chemicals well and made sure i had no questions before leaving. Highly recommend!
