My wife and I worked with the owner Will. We had a sensory fence installed several years ago which went into disrepair. We recently had a need for it again but could not get it to work. We called Front Range Pet Stop, who responded very quickly and worked with us to get the fence functioning again. The level of professional service and care was AWESOME. I have been in the customer service industry my entire career, and seldom have I had the pleasure to work with a company I felt I can work with "on a handshake". There was a high level of personal service and care on top of the business aspect we were so very appreciative of.
