I interviewed several different invisible fence companies and received a corporate canned response that was anything but personable.

The phone was answered by Will, not a call center or outsourced customer service.
Will not only has answered the phone every time I called but immediately texted right back when I reached out via text.
Will was ALWAYS available and boy did we have some problems (NOT due to them or the invisible fence but more with our builder and contractors!) and he was eager to help every time even though it wasn't his problem.
His training was thorough, consistent and realistic.

How I took care of a problem with my girlfriends cat.
A few weeks ago my girlfriend came to me with a problem with her cat. It had for what ever reason taken to using her couch as a litter box.
