Will has been such a pleasure to work with. He is unbelievably quick to respond and always able to help, evenings/weekends, really whenever you need him, pretty sure he works 24/7! He followed up with me respectfully for about a year till we decided to move forward and I was very impressed with his tenacity. I had another company bid the fence too but they didn’t really keep in touch after they sent the estimate. Will I knew wanted the job and I was pretty blown away how he kept in touch, no pressure, he just checked in. Very impressed with Brian & Front Range Pet Stop! One of our dogs was having a tough time figuring out the boundary and Brian came right out and helped with some extra training & we damaged the "fence" and he was out the next day to repair. Outstanding service, I highly recommend their services.

We had Will Couture from Front Range Pet Stop install an “invisible” fence today in our small backyard. From the moment he came to the front door (with his pockets full of dog treats) Gunner was smitten over Will. We think it had something to do with the fact that Gunner is food motivated.

Will explained the product and how it works in great detail. Even though it was 93 degrees out in the shade, he worked hard to finished the job in one day. He spent a lot of time showing us how it works and how to train Gunner. It

The verdict is still out on whether it’s going to solve the problem of Gunner’s fence aggression when he sees another dog on the other side of the fence. We think it might just do the trick! Thank you, Will!

I had all but given up when I found Front Range Pet Stop.
The phone was answered by Will, not a call center or outsourced customer service.
Will not only has answered the phone every time I called but immediately texted right back when I reached out via text.
