Will has been such a pleasure to work with. He is unbelievably quick to respond and always able to help, evenings/weekends, really whenever you need him, pretty sure he works 24/7! He followed up with me respectfully for about a year till we decided to move forward and I was very impressed with his tenacity. I had another company bid the fence too but they didn’t really keep in touch after they sent the estimate. Will I knew wanted the job and I was pretty blown away how he kept in touch, no pressure, he just checked in. I work in a business where follow up is so important but not everyone is good at doing it, but not Will and it says a lot about him! You can tell he loves what he does and knows how to educate his customers to ensure the fence is working as it should. I interviewed several different invisible fence companies and received a corporate canned response that was anything but personable.
I had all but given up when I found Front Range Pet Stop.
The phone was answered by Will, not a call center or outsourced customer service.
Will not only has answered the phone every time I called but immediately texted right back when I reached out via text.
Will was ALWAYS available and boy did we have some problems (NOT due to them or the invisible fence but more with our builder and contractors!) and he was eager to help every time even though it wasn't his problem.
His training was thorough, consistent and realistic.
I will be the first to say I was reluctant and thought having an invisible fence was a lazy owner and cruel.
That was ignorance on my part because it's neither. We also don't have the brightest...
