Rain was a wonderful instructor.

My husband and I attended a Saturday CPR/First Aid training class and Craig was the instructor. We highly recommend taking a class with Craig, he was thorough with the information presented and extremely engaging. This was by far the most helpful CPR/First Aid training we’ve ever attended.

I am a Firefighter/EMT with 21 yrs in with a SF Bay Area Fire Department. My EMT license had expired while I was undergoing an eighteen month course of treatment for Stage III neuroendocrine carcinoma.I surprised my MD’s and myself and beat their continual prognosis pointing to a “poor outcome” finally returning to light duty earlier this year.Only problem was, even though I wasn’t returning to the field, as a condition of employment in our Department ALL MEMBERS must hold a current valid CA EMT license, NO EXCEPTIONS!
My choices were to retire, or being that my license expiration was over two yrs, start all over again at square one, as if I never had an EMT license these past 25 yrs..Although rooting for me, I suspected there were a few members of the Department and even members of my own family who really didn’t think I could do it all over again. The truth was, I wasn’t sure...

Staff were brilliant and fun. Administrative department quick on turn around of certificates. Great prices, lowest in town with many classes offered. I’ll look to them next time for my third return to their classes.

I left the class with a deeper understanding of the course materials and feel like I am more prepared to handle situations.

CRAIG was an excellent instructor, patient and clear and very knowledgeable on his information on CPR and first aid. I was not too happy with the location. There was an unpleasant aroma in the classroom that would need to be improved on other than that situation. I would recommend Craig anytime.

It was a very positive learning experience. I enjoyed all of the activities. They were well presented and useful. I appreciated how the hands-on activities were not rushed. Craig was prepared and made the content interesting and pertinent. His calm, friendly, and caring expertise was also much appreciated.

Craig was a great instructor, and I learned a lot. Highly recommended and affordable.

I got there and Mr. Craig talk to the whole class we understood it and i'm got my certified 2 years. Thank God.
