Rain was a wonderful instructor.

Staff were brilliant and fun. Administrative department quick on turn around of certificates. Great prices, lowest in town with many classes offered. I’ll look to them next time for my third return to their classes.

I really liked the class and learned more information than I ever have before in a cpr and first aid class! The teacher was great!

If you’re serious about becoming an EMT, EMS University is a great choice. The key is preparation — if you study about 2–3 weeks in advance (just like you would for a 2-week accelerated course), you’ll set yourself up for success. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always open to answering questions. I found that any time I needed clarification or wanted to dive deeper into a topic, they were more than willing to help. Even customer service was responsive and helpful.

This program really rewards those who put in the effort. If you fail, it’s not because the material wasn’t taught — it’s because you didn’t prepare. But if you do the work, it becomes a fun and engaging experience where you can learn a lot and ask the kind of questions that help shape your career path.
