If you’re serious about becoming an EMT, EMS University is a great choice. The key is preparation — if you study about 2–3 weeks in advance (just like you would for a 2-week accelerated course), you’ll set yourself up for success. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always open to answering questions. I found that any time I needed clarification or wanted to dive deeper into a topic, they were more than willing to help. Even customer service was responsive and helpful.
This program really rewards those who put in the effort. If you fail, it’s not because the material wasn’t taught — it’s because you didn’t prepare.
