The instructor was great. His name is Larry Anderson. Some of the people in the class refreshed while paying and got double charged or even as much as 4 times but I didn't. I'm unable to print the card because its encoded so I just took a picture of it on my phone for me and my husband. Class was about 3 hours long but completely worth it.

This is the last time I use EMS University to recertify. First of all, when I logged in, they told me that everything I did would not be recognized because my account and profile wasn't updated. I completed all the quizzes and exams just to be told I'd have to do it again. I HIGHLY recommending to NOT USE your course when recertifying my license.

I highly recommend EMS University for EMT recertification.
They've always been great.
I've recertified with them multiple times throughout the years.
