I am grateful to have El Mirage Emergency Room in our community. Over the last week my husband and I both sought care for different medical emergencies but received the same timely and thorough care, leaving us totally impressed with the practice and the staff. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff who are attentive, efficient and knowledgeable in handling an array of medical crises. The team provided supportive treatment for me during my illness and corresponding diagnosis and handled my husband’s medical emergency quickly, preventing a far more serious outcome. I would certainly recommend their 24 hour facility to anyone seeking medical care in the area and beyond. Your professionalism and sense of urgency is outstanding and I cannot thank you enough for ensuring my family’s health!

I took my mom to the El Mirage ER, I was so upset by the way she was treated by a nurse, her name is Laura. I take my children there and I have recommended so many people there because I just love that every time we’ve gone we get treated with respect and dignity, especially by Dr. Shah!! This nurse also has a very bad work ethic, talking about the way she hates the doctor to another nurse. That’s a very small place and you can hear everything they say when you’re just behind curtains!

I love the El Mirage Medical Center. I've been there a couple times and they are always so professional and caring.

Fast, Professional, and Compassionate.
I had a great experience at the El Mirage Emergency Room. The facility was incredibly clean, and I was seen almost immediately. The doctors and nurses were professional, attentive, and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. It’s a huge relief to have such high-quality care right in the neighborhood without the typical long hospital wait times. Highly recommended!

Very personal and efficient.

I didn’t have to wait long to see a Dr and X-rays were fast along with the Radiologist reading results. The Dr explained my condition extremely well. I will use this ER again when needed.

Staff were all friendly, doctor was knowledgeable. The only bad part was the long wait in the curtained off room trying to keep a rambunctious three year old under control for an hour. Other than that, everything was good.

Everyone is always nice here. They attend you quickly and the place is very clean. I’ve been here a few times and won’t go anywhere else.
