I visited the emergency room yesterday, my experience was good overall, but the attending nurse was kind of rude and didn’t have much patience, it was kind of upsetting. I would definitely visit again hopefully we dont get the same nurse. again .

My experience at the El Mirage Emergency Room was pleasant. Staff was attentive, quick and informative.

The staff was kind, informative & professional. The facility was clean & well equipped. There was also no waiting. Definitely my go to place for emergencies in the future!

Their service was great, only waited 10 minutes in the lobby 👍🏼

ONCE I was finally seen they took very good care of me. Took over an HOUR because they said UTI was not emergency. OH YES IT IS

Had severe UTI. Urgent frequency in having to go to bathroom. BLOOD IN URINE AND BURNING

They are great! I have taken my kids and my self to this emergency room. They are fast, professional, kind and reliable!

Was easy to get seen because I was the only person in waiting room got in & out pretty quickly once I was given xrays, shots, nebulizer machine with other treatments. Overall quick I guess. Staff was very kind & helpful .

Friends of mine recommended the El Mirage 24 seven emergency room to me. I have no regrets having gone there. The facility was clean. The entire staff was very friendly. My nurse took good care of me and the doctor was polite, professional and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. I wouldn’t hesitate going to them again if the need should arise.

The staff & are very nice & the establishment is very clean. The nurse & doctor were very helpful explaining my diagnosis. I go back there even though it’s further than a closer ER to me. It’s worth the trip.

I was treated with respect. The doctor and nurses were very thorough. I am very grateful for the kind care I received at El Mirage ER.
