Very clean and awesome staff with quick turn around times with lab results.

I've never had such a pleasant experience at an ER. Everyone was friendly, provided quick treatment and diagnosed me with prescriptions. I feel better already but still have a ways to go. Thank you so much for wonderful services.

I highly recommend coming here for your medical needs. Dr. Shah is the best! Great bed side manner as well as an excellent doctor. They have state of the art equipment as well as an excellent staff. I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received!

I came in on A Saturday night with my 3 year old son who had a high fever and seizure. They ran test and did a chest x-ray. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. We got in and out within an hour no waiting time. I would highly recommend.

I hope it lasts, considering that they only opened a few weeks ago, but right now, the service is very fast and excellent. I was happy with my treatment and I’ll go back if I need care, again.

This place is on a corner that I’ve long wished had services that I could actually use, namely a grocery store or something good like that, and I was actually unhappy when I found out that this place was being built. I’m glad to say that it’s actually a useful neighborhood resource.

I was seen very quickly. All of the providers were very kind and informative. The front desk staff was also very kind. Definitely my first time being in and out of the emergency room under 4 hours.

and easy. The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The attending doctor along with the entire staff was very professional and thorough! This is definitely a one stop shop, from labs to X-rays to treatment! This should be the Gold Standard for care! I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

I took my son in for high fever and I can’t explain how much I appreciate every single one of the nurses that was there that day. He needed an IV they made it so easy for him to allow them to do it. I’ll definitely be going back in case of an emergency. Very clean and well taken care of.

Great customer service! Given the situation it was an overall good experience. The doctor and nurse exemplified much compassion during my visit. They also had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated. I would recommend this ER.

We took my daughter in after she passed out and hit her head at school. There was little to no wait. The front desk lady and all of the nurses and doctor were so pleasant. They treated my 10 year old with patience and kindness. We will definitely use this location for any and all of our emergency needs. Thank you to the entire staff.

I LOVE EL MIRAGE Emergency Room. All the staff was friendly and took great care of my baby. Nicole, Olivia and Fred made her experience not scary like she was thinking it would of been. Service was fast too we didn't wait long at all for ANYTHING.

They are great, very caring people and they do a great professional care. Ebonie is a fantastic Nurse.

I went in to see them because a hammer fell off my ladder and hit me in the head. They had me in and out within an hour! Amazing team of doctors and nurses! Highly recommend this ER if you need to be seen by one!

People that care great job

It was a good experience except for the wait. The Dr has already looked at my broken wrist and hand but said I'd have to wait for the nurses to get caught up with their patients before he could break away to wrap my hand. 2 1/2 hrs later I had to ask him if he forgot about me. He was just sitting in his chair I don't know what he was doing. After I spoke up 10 minutes later the head nurse came in and wrapped it. It took no time at all so I don't know what the wait was all about. I think there were only 2 or 3 others. Way too long of a wait. I wish I had spoke out much earlier.

I was super pleased with the care I received carvel Mirage 24/7 ER . I had been feeling bad for about a week and had become so dehydrated that I was having severe abdominal pain . I went to 24/7 and within three hours I was on my way home feeling so much better. Dr Shah was fantastic. He is not only super intelligent but he also has a terrific bedside manner. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you are in need of medical care in the area don’t hesitate to go here!
