Dr shah nurse melisss and virg Everyone was excellent had us in and out. Everyone was very nice. They gave us blankets when we were cold. I recommend this emergency room to anyone in the area get you in and out.

My first time going to el mirage and everyone is helpful and kind. from the moment I walked in until I left. I didn’t know if I wanted to come here at first because it’s new and didn’t know if it was any good, but If I ever need something I’ll definitely make this my first choice.

Amazing hospital, all the workers are super nice and generous, Carlotta, Viry and Dr Shah were extremely amazing, definitely recommend visiting them for any healthcare concerns, they will take great care of you!

We stopped at the new El Mirage ER, since we found out it recently opened.

The front desk staff was sincere and informative.

We were seen fairly quickly.
Nurse Carlotta was very helpful and caring in her communication.

I don’t have many positive healthcare experiences, but I have to say I was VERY impressed by the El Mirage ER staff. Alicia H, my RN was kind and attentive. Dr. Shah treated me so nicely and didn’t make me wait forever to be seen. He genuinely cared about my well being and have me what I needed to start feeling better. I was in and out in under an hour. I hope I don’t need to go back, but if I ever do, I know where I’m going.
