Update: "My sister had someone come by that said she had a problem with her roof. They said if she didnt seal it, she would have a costly mistake down the road.

I have two Efficient roofs on my property. With the 80mph wind storms we had a few weeks ago, I was worried that we may have suffered some damage. Nope. Everything still looks great! We had Efficient out to the property again to do some foam work this time, and everything was done perfectly. Job cleanup was spot-on. Thank you again!

I submitted my request, Cortney was out that very same day to inspect and had my quote ready by the end of the day. The roofing job itself was just as fabulous. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me updated along the way. They left no nails or debris in the yard AND they did a great job on the roof. Their pricing was super reasonable too! The next monsoon isn't going to worry me as much now. I am definitely going to keep this company in my life!

Efficient Roofing was great. They took care of a leak in my mom's roof gave me piece of mind. I live in Washington state and my 80 yr old mom is in Glendale. A few tiles blew off of her roof during a storm and she noticed a leak around her fireplace. Cortney from Efficient Roofing came out and gave me a very competitive quote to find the issue and check the entire roof. I have been a GC for over 20 years and am proud of the way this company performs and behaves. I am sure this was not a big job for them but after hearing my story and completed the work the owner of the company went to my mom house and told her he would be there for her if she ever needs anything. When you live 1700 miles away this is the kind of treatment you hope to get for the ones you love. Great company I cannot say enough great things about them.

I love Efficient Roofing because from the first contact with the estimator (Cortney) to the bid negotiations, which were detailed because I had a lot of specific requests, through the final clean-up, I was treated with courtesy and respect, and provided with a great experience.
Their knowledge and quality of work was excellent, and when issues arose as they always do on a job this detailed, supervisors were quickly on site and available to sort things out and keep the progress going.
Thaddius and Kam did the really hot grueling work of cleaning off a previous deck which had been badly done by an inept contractor. They also provided several needed tasks to get it ready for a walk-deck application. They worked long hours in the Gold Canyon heat of August for 4 days with skill, maintaining great attitudes through it all.
