We couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company. We recently bought a house built in the 80s where it was discovered our underlayment was way past its life. We worked closely with Spencer through the whole process who was patient, professional, and made everything easy to understand. He came over multiple times providing pictures of our current roof and how it was going to be repaired. I was thrilled to see how large the roofing team was when the job officially started. They took the time to make sure balconies were covered and trash was fully collected. The team’s quality of work was exceptional making sure everything was done correctly. After the job was complete, we noticed the small shingle section we have did not fully match the tile color of our roof (our roof being all tile except where our AC is). I chose Efficient Roofing after getting a couple estimates on my roofing project. Everyone I interacted with in the process of replacing my roof was friendly - from scheduling the estimate all the way to getting my completion documents. The crew that did the work was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They finished the project a day earlier than scheduled, and they were thorough with protecting vehicles and cleaning up the yard after the project was completed. The roof looks great and I'm glad I chose Efficient Roofing. :)

From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the work. The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job I am so very pleased with my new roof.

Roof was in bad shape,several leaks. Peices of old unit left on roof and they removed everything, ground down old coating,new membrane and coating. Looks like a brand new home. Thank you gentlemen.. great job.

We were pleased with the crew who redid our roof, they removed tile, replaced underlayment, flashing, slats and vents. They were polite and hard working, they cleaned up everyday at end of shift. Roof looks great better than before. We would recommend Efficient Roofing, everyone from Spencer Jones, the crew Foreman and the crew were a pleasure to work with.

My experience with Efficient roofing was spectacular from the first time Justin came out to my house for inspection and estimate. Then I was kept informed on the entire process. The office staff was great. The guys came out early and were ready to work. The foreman on the job kept me informed all day on the progress of the roof and called to tell me when it was completed. The process was informative and went smoothly. The business owner inspected the roof when he came to bid the job. He also brought 4 samples of roofing products with him. He then explained the pros & cons of these products, their costs, and their warranties.
They did quality work and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. They finished within 2 1/2 days. They took time to answer all my questions during the project and on the final walk through after the job was completed.

Clean, on time, communication was excellent, did an excellent job cutting the and patching back roof tiles, looks like it was never touched

Fast and efficient

The crew was very professional. I was updated on progress throughout the project. There was a possibility of rain in the forecast and supervisor let me know they would begin but ensure they would be able to seal the roof if it did begin to rain. The completion of roofing job was a total of 3 days start to finish and crew did an excellent job of keeping area around the house clean.

Efficient Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on our tile roof. Justin provided a detailed and very competitive cost estimate. Joe provided careful supervision of the work, and the work crew was very efficient, friendly and communicative. The office staff provided all the warranty documents. I highly recommend Efficient Roofing!

The best, most courteous, efficient, & pleasant crew I’ve ever seen. When they were finished with their job, they went around the house several times checking for roofing nails and things that fell from the roof when they were removing the old roof. Very good crew. Thank you Efficient Roofing!

Efficient roofing worked extremely well with Streamline Solar to have the panels removed so the roof leak could be repaired. The repair work, from the pictures I saw, was done extremely well and professionally.
