Justin and his crew do amazing work. Having a flat foam roof can require quite a bit of maintenance, but I had Justin's crew power wash the roof as needed and their work is impressive to look at, especially when it has just been cleaned or a new white coating has been applied.

Justin is an honest person that actually cares about his customers, which is hard to find in a contractor, especially now. Justin does every single roof inspection and goes over it in detail with you. He even takes pictures to show the current condition of your roof and to identify any issues, so that the homeowner does not need to go up on the roof, unless they would like to join him for the inspection.

From the moment we meet the owner to the completion of the job, we were kept informed of what was done each day, even providing pictures of the work, and at completion, to our amazement, we were shown what our roof looked like by the use of a drone..
We plan on always using these folks for yearly inspection and any repairs needed as long as we live here in Gold Canyon.

They did a great job, well priced, finished when they said they would! Had massive rains after they finished and no leaks!

The roof is PERFECT and the clean up was superior. When they finished there were no signs of debris from the old roof, and zero mess. Everything was exactly as promised. I took 5 bids for this job, and Efficient Roofing was not the lowest of the bids, but the professionalism, the timely schedule, the product, was exactly what I paid for. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and with the AZ Board of Contractors.
