Friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help with a bathroom that flooded.

DryKings is honest, transparent, professional and gets the job done. I have unfortunately had to use them twice over the past year and they have done amazing work. In both instances, they were able to dry out the damage and prevent us from having to spend more money on restoring the hardwood floors or replacing walls. The team does a good job assessing the situation and placing the appropriate equipment to address wet areas. I highly recommend DryKings if you have any water damage.

We had some water leaking into our carpet downstairs from the neighbors water heater and I called Matthew from dry Kings and they were very responsive and helpful and Matthew got back to me right away and helped answer all of my questions and was able to put my mind at ease. They came out to assess the situation and gave us very good advice and we were able to use them to get our water situation resolved! I would highly recommend the folks at dry Kings restoration! After the Kincade fire our home was almost burnt to the ground for a second time. But what we did come home to was some pretty severe smoke damage and Dry Kings Restoration was there to meet us at the door when we got there. They were professional, fast, and the work was top notch. When we returned home after everything was clean, sterilized, and/or replaced by them our place smelt and looked as good as it ever had. And to top it all off when we had issues with our Insurance company not only was Dry Kings Restoration patient and understanding but they were also there to help us with the process as much as they could along the way and didn't hold us as home owners responsible for out of pocket money that the insurance company owed to them. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them and they are the first and only people I would call in situations that come up with our home.
