I had a fantastic experience with Dry Kings. It was an unfortunate situation with a leak at our rental property, and Dry Kings was recommended to us. From start to finish, they were on top of it, communicative, and professional and their pricing is super reasonable.

Where they took the cake was when I was attempting to be reimbursed for their work by our insurance company, which was reluctant to reimburse the entire amount for no good reason. John-Everett from Dry Kings fought for us and provided all the information they needed, followed up as much as he needed to until we got the result of being fully reimbursed.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat; this isn't the kind of company you ever think you will need (water damage mitigation), but when you need it, they are rockstars.

I called Dry Kings when we discovered a bathroom leak and feared there could be water damage lurking between the walls of our home. Dry Kings was responsive, informative, and professional from the very start and came out for an inspection the next morning. Matthew, one of the managing directors, assessed the damage and provided a recommendation and (free) estimate. His guidance was clear and straightforward—I could tell he was prioritizing helping us with our issue vs. trying to sell us something (the ultimate fear when working on home projects).

While we didn’t end up needing to have any extensive work done (whew!), Dry Kings will be our first call if we ever have any future restoration needs. Thank you Matthew and Dry Kings!

The Dry Kings were available right when I needed them for my emergency evaluation and clean up after a leak from my dishwasher. They arrived on time. They walked me through the process. They had great follow up. All of the company employees with whom I interacted were patient and kind. I felt like they had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if ever I had problems again that needed their attention.

On the morning of New Years Eve, my restaurant, NOVY, experienced a significant leak coming from the basement ceiling that resulted in flooding, a huge mess of mud from the rain water pouring in and forced us to close the restaurant. After searching the internet, I found Dry Kings and called them. At first because the entire city of San Francisco was flooding, they did not have anyone available to send out. After calling every company I could find via searches, everyone said the same thing. A couple of hours later I got a call back from Dry Kings saying that they could get people here in 2 hours. Justin and his crew showed up on time and got right to work mitigating the situation. They suggested using 4 dehumidifiers to prevent any further damage and decrease the dry time for the ceiling. A sewage line backed up into one of the bathrooms in my building, and Dry Kings saved the day! The two-man crew (Quinn and Issac) were on-time, very friendly and kept us in the loop about what was going on.

This was a dirty and messy job to clean up, but the guys did not disappoint! Check out the before and after pictures, and call Dry Kings if you need any restoration services. They absolutely rock!

I was out of town when the water line to my refrigerator leaked causing significant damage to my unit and the unit below. A bit of tough luck. What was great though was my experience with Dry Kings. They were the preferred contractor for this issue by my property management and I can see why. They were able to send out a team immediately and begin remediation. They were careful with the demolition process and tried to save as much as possible. I highly recommend them.

LOVED Dry Kings Restoration

If you are reading this no doubt something bad has happened and your property is damaged… you are having a bad day. Dry Kings will take care of you. Again and again my neighbors and I commented “wow! These guys are amazing!” Fast, super professional and honestly performed miracles. Our basement was under 6” of nasty water when they arrived. A few short hours later they are installing fans and dehumidifiers and there are already dry spots. When all was said and done, our basement was cleaner than before the flood. Everyone we dealt with was awesome but Christian and Hazel were absolutely rockstars and did all the heavy lifting work, including hauling away soaked, ruined belongings. Shout out to John and Thong as well.

After a faulty washing machine repair, we found water running down our 3rd floor wood hallway. We called Dry Kings after getting guidance from our insurance company it was our responsibility to fix any damage.

Dry Kings was nothing short of awesome. They were on site within a couple hours and showed us using their technology that the wet area was much larger that we could see(15 feet down the hallway and downstairs into our neighbor's unit).

Because we have an old house (wood floors, plaster/lathe walls) it took much longer to dry and remediate than the expected 3-5 days but they kept us in the loop along the way and I trusted they were on top of it and doing the right work.

The report they submitted to our insurance was thorough and made it easy to get reimbursed.
