Thanks goodness for these guys!! Our kitchen flooded in the middle of the night and it went down 3 floors and to the neighbors unit. We called Draft Kings at 3am and a team arrived within an hour or so. They were able to put in dehumidifiers and blowers to stop further damage, and dry the floors and walls within a few days. Sergio, Elvis and Jacob were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. When this all happened we were so worried, but by the end of it they had us feeling relieved and so grateful. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone, but if it goes, is highly recommend this team.

We have not used Dry Kings Restoration personally as we live outside their area however we do know the owners of this company and would highly recommend their services . To all our real estate colleagues and clients in Marin County , don’t hesitate to give Matthew or Jenny a call if you need any water or fire disaster assistance for your home or business. Having gone through a disaster situation like this ourselves in Marin several years ago ( before Dry Kings Restoration was established ) you need the right people and company to assist you in these emergency situations. We don’t provide trade referrals very often but can recommend Matthew and Jenny without hesitation .

Due to a pipe leak from the condo unit above us, our hardwood floor suffered water damage. Sergio responded immediately after we contacted Dry Kings Restoration. Sergio and his team assessed the damage and set up dryers to begin the drying process soon after. Later on Sergio’s team removed all of the hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire unit before leaving.

Dry King did a great job on restoring our floor. They were highly responsive and efficient. They also had a great attitude and compassion. We truly appreciate Dry King for their great work. We highly recommend Dry King for any water damage issues.

Sergio and Matthew walk you through what to expect from the Insurance Companies as well. They know what needs to be done, and how to document and communicate that back to your adjuster. I wouldn't call anyone else in the Bay Area if I had another water loss at my house.

Dry Kings Restoration Company is a terrific company to work with. I own a rental condominium in the East Bay Area and I recently had major waste water/sewage damage problems.
