Working with Jake and Diamond Equity was a good experience. Once we agreed upon a price, they took care of everything expeditiously. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable and professional.

Because of their quick response to view the property, and willingness to negotiate a deal to satisfy all involved! Jake and Jamie have been on point with calls made and concerns addressed during the entire process! Even though we ran into a snag on closing day that held things up another week, everyone, including the closing attorney John, and my attorney Steven worked endlessly to make sure they resolved whatever issues they faced! From the very beginning I recieved great customer service. Everything I discussed was given full attention. Having to sell my parents home after inheriting liens, roof damage, and other damages that I want to believe my only sibling left me was quite embarrassing but I was still given the same service as someone who was selling a perfect home. I appreciate everything done and by living in another state, I was able to get everything done. I would recommend this company and use again. Lastly, they stayed on top of all adjustments and all updates were made in writing; something another company could not do. Glad this is over and was able to close out.
