Well, my mom passed away and I was left with this home. It wasn't in my name and it's just me. Mom had received some letters from Diamond Equity and then I saw them on TV one evening. I wanted to make sure the company had a perfect A1 rating and that's why I went with you all. I feel relieved and the process was absolutely superb. We came upon challenges with probate in Fulton County but you all worked with me and held my hand through it all. They even closed at my location because of my busy work schedule. Hannah Branham and James Harris were also very professional and everybody did their part. I would say choose Diamond Equity superb company and superb team and great communication!

I am very happy with my experience with Diamond Equity (in Atlanta). Property needs a lot of work, including foundation repair. I am very glad someone has the funds now so it can be fixed up properly. Only 4 weeks from initial contact to closing! Mo, the acquisitions person, was very nice and had excellent communication.

I decided to sell due to house being way too big and now that kids are grown. Too much for me to take care of. Sell it and downsize. I’d like to give my personal gratitude to Diamond Equity for the ease of closing on my townhouse in the Lawrenceville, GA. After living in my townhouse for close to 20 years, I have become disabled and no longer able to live alone. Furthermore, I was unable to do any repairs my house needed. With Diamond Equity buying homes “as is”, it took all the pressure of renovation out of my hands. Also, where I moved to is an assisted living facility, where I have only an apartment. Thus I had to greatly downsize. I was able to leave the furniture I was unable to take with me, greatly lessening the burden of moving. So thank you again to Diamond Equity and especially Jean for making this sale of my townhouse as easy as possible. Even coming to my new residence for the closing.
