We were in a position where we could either take on a project and renovate my mother-in-law’s home, or sell it. We decided it would be in our best interest to sell. I’m a Realtor, so I was planning on listing it myself. It was a doozy it had been mismanaged by the owner for twenty years and it was in decrepit situation I needed help to get it improved and get it sold. I think closing was very good. Last few months we’re easier because we had to go through probate. Jean Zambrano was great every time I called him crying or angry he would tell me everything was gonna be okay. I think everybody did everything they could and we went through the probate with the county with the help of Diamond Equity Investments
