A good experience. I recently contacted them and about selling my house and a young man named Jake Wells responded and we met to inspect my house. Jake was friendly and straight forward, this home has some pretty big problems including the foundation. After inspection a offer was made a written offer on the spot and he was told that I would let him know within a few days. Never once was I pressured to sign anything which other companies had requested even prior to seeing the house. Jake went to his partners and asked to review their investment strategy and before the day was out he contacted me with a 30 percent offer increase if I agreed to let him hire some inspectors look at house again.
