I'm writing this review on my 7 months experience. It's a friendly environment and the attitude of every one is good.
1) There r 2 ladies working there. One is running the office & the other one is dealing with clients. I had 10 miss sessions that was confirmed with one of the ladies (after telling them that I can't go back for own reasons). After following up with them again to book my days, the second lady told me there's only 2 miss days!!!
2) The place is not clean or sanitize the doctor doesn't wear gloves. He touches everyone's shoes and then touches their necks and bodies. He goes on and on to all the clients like that as I saw it so many times.
3)There are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention them.

I have been coming to Crossroads Chiropractic for over 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Josh's adjustments are the best in that he uses air pressure tables so he's not jerking your neck or twisting your back. He is very gentle yet very effective.
