I am a patient of Dr. Kristina, and I can't express enough how remarkable she is in countless ways. She is truly genuine, incredibly kind, and an outstanding chiropractor. When I first came to see her, I was filled with skepticism about whether she could address the issues I've been dealing with for over four years while searching for a solution. However, after just over three months of dedicated and organized treatment, I can happily say that much of my chronic pain has vanished, all thanks to Dr. Kristina, an exceptional and compassionate doctor.

I have been a patient at Crossroads Chiropractic for over 10 years. Dr. Josh has helped me through some tough situations with my lower back, neck, jaw alignment, ankles, and knees.

He is very accommodating to your wishes and will only adjust what is needed.

This type of chiropractic care is not to just get rid of symptoms but to restore my body to a state of wellness and maintain it. Having Dr. Josh on my Wellness Team has been a privilege.

I'm writing this review on my 7 months experience. It's a friendly environment and the attitude of every one is good.
1) There r 2 ladies working there. One is running the office & the other one is dealing with clients. I had 10 miss sessions that was confirmed with one of the ladies (after telling them that I can't go back for own reasons). After following up with them again to book my days, the second lady told me there's only 2 miss days!!!
2) The place is not clean or sanitize the doctor doesn't wear gloves. He touches everyone's shoes and then touches their necks and bodies. He goes on and on to all the clients like that as I saw it so many times.
3)There are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention them.
I'm not writing this to insult anyone, only want to share my experience with the new ppl that want to go to this clinic.

Dr Josh Nikkanen is an excellent chiropractor who takes amazing care of his patients and their back and neck issues. He has a plan for each of his patients to help them be healthy, pain free and fit. The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Dr Josh.

I’ve been going for treatments to dr J @ Crossroads Chiropractic clinic for the past 2 years and he’s done wonders for my old back pain! The place is amazing and inviting! The moment you enter, the friendly and professional staff welcomes you in a warm and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
Dr J. works precise, confident and fast, however he always finds time to talk to all his patients, giving advice and encouragements. His positive and happy attitude brings a smile and improves all patients mood.

i love my treatment with Dr. J, its been 2years doing my spine adjustment and i have felt so much better as compare 2 years ago. been complaining with lower back and neck but now i feel good, i will keep doin' my adjustment to maintain feeling great.
