Our water heater leaked which caused water damage to the kitchen soffit and ceiling. Not having experienced this kind of situation before I looked for water mitigation companies.

Found Critical Control Restoration. The owner Zac came the same hour I called, assed the damage but it took me a couple of days to get a plumber to replace the water heater.

Long story short Zac was so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. His crew is very professional, well versed and trained in what they do. Simply put they got what needed to be done, done.

Today the cleaning crew arrived, and I must say they did an excellent job. I am currently waiting for the final report so they can send to my insurance. Which I was advised would be a day or so. Remarkable I must say.

Next step is for a contractor to come in to restore the ceiling,...

This review is for restoration of Sthephanie and her coworker who were very kinda and supportive through our remodeling process. From what I have viewed they are quick and precise with their work and were respectful throughout the process of their stay in my home. I haven't seen the demolition part of their work yet as it is still closed off with a tent, but they did an amazing job protecting my home by laying Matts and protective equipment all over the area they were working in to avoid messes and avoid damaging carpets and personal items which I appreciated. Once again I haven't seen demolition section yet, but I'm hoping for the best.

From the minute they arrived, we knew we were in good hands. Everyone, from the office staff to the technicians, are courteous, friendly and professional. Repairing our home from water damage has been stressful. However, the high level of expertise and quick action from Critical Control has helped ease our frustration.
