we unfortunately didn't get a chance to do the work with Critical Control as my buyers decided to cancel escrow due to the mold issue. However, they came out and were very patient with my clients and very informative. If we would have moved forward, we would have used them. Thanks

Critical Control was a lifesaver for us! We experienced a leak issue due to faulty water line connection that they saw through from middle of the night phone call all the way to completion and full repair. This happened in the middle of the night, with fire alarms and drips. We found Critical Control from a basic online search. They were always prompt at getting back to us, sending a team over, answering our questions, working with us on costing and planning, and general care. We really appreciate their professionalism and help.
