Critical Control was a lifesaver for us! We experienced a leak issue due to faulty water line connection that they saw through from middle of the night phone call all the way to completion and full repair. This happened in the middle of the night, with fire alarms and drips. We found Critical Control from a basic online search. They were always prompt at getting back to us, sending a team over, answering our questions, working with us on costing and planning, and general care. We really appreciate their professionalism and help.

This company Critcial Control is top! They were very honest, friendly, and punctual. The owner was very patient while explaining the process from my flooded toilet damage and always willing to answer my questions and concerns. Then they got my bathroom cleaned up and looking better than new!

A simple refrigerator water line leak ended up soaking into our downstairs storage room and guest room bathroom ceiling and wall. The crew who came were extremely polite and responsive as they prepped the areas by laying down sheets so they didnt get everything dirty and where they passed through and worked in and we waited for the drying equipment to work and the moisture level to come down. We were out of town during part of the time they were working and had complete trust. Definitely recommend.

We have been doing business with Critical Control for all our units for over four years now and every experience with them has been great. Super grateful for the team here at Critical Control Restoration. I had a downstairs pipeburst that flooded my whole first floor. They came out, cleaned everything up, repaired the damage, and overall provided me with a quick and hassle free experience. I don't normally write a review, but what these guys did in my place deserves my absolute respect. It was straightforward and fast. I had damage in my kitchen from a broken pipe. We called these guys, and they arrived in less than an hour. They were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company and collaborative in doing so. I'm happy very happy
