We recently discovered a leaky bib from our dishwasher, and in all my brilliance had tried to remove and repair, since the lever to pop the drain had not been working correctly. Well Critical Control came out and had a plumber assisted and fixed the water damage area and got new cabinets in but negotiating with our insurance. Your team is awesome and just plain kind.

Nate our technician helped us resolve our fridge leak, he was fast and thorough and also helped us avoid a costly issue with our existing pump with his quick thinking and rapid response it saved us tons of time and inconvenience and he figured out how to keep access to our kitchen.

I was in Europe when our sprinkler system went off in the entire home. I reached out to Critical Control and his team, who within hours arrived at my property to assess the damages and take care of what needed to be done right away. Few days later everything had been fixed, claim filed without much work on my end. As I returned back from my trip, the only evidence I had were the photos sent me. Everything was taken care of to 110% perfection. I cannot recommend Critical Control Restoration enough. A+ service!

Really smooth experience getting our crawlspace inspected, and then getting our questions answered by the Project Manager over email. Very responsive, and professional. When I asked questions about work that was outside the scope of what Critical Control offered, I really appreciated that I wasn't offered many services/answers that the company didn't claim to specialize in or be completely knowledgeable about. I was provided many photos of the work done in the crawlspace, and given updates that were timely.

Critical Control really went above and beyond helping to address the mold issues I was having in my house. Nate came out for the initial inspection and was extremely thorough and checked out every issue I asked about no matter how small. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions and give recommendations for how to prevent the mold from returning. He came out immediately after calling and had a team come the next day to perform the remidiation. Sharon and Nathaniel were absolutely wonderful and cleaned all of the mold beyond what I thought was possible. They even cleaned all of my windows when they were only expected to clean the ones with mold growth. I can sleep well knowing that my house is safe from mold. The entire team is incredibly nice and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I possibly just received one of the best customer service experiences in my lifetime. A few months ago, I came home to a burning fire in my kitchen. The fire damaged the wall, floor, ceiling really everything - the kitchen was black. Soon after getting the claims process going with the insurance Critical Control restoration showed up to walk me through the process of getting the garage repaired. I used Critical Control Restoration for the first time and was very satisfied with their quality of work. I was impressed how well they kept their work area clutter-free during the project. It showed a commitment to SAFETY for both my family and their team. Nate was my project manager, and he was always professional and respectful.

CCR provided great service from start to finish in assisting to restore our office and waiting room back to normal after an accident. The staff from CCR coordinated the initial clean-up and demolition. Specifically, Jacquie, the project manager, worked to get the restoration project started, moving forward, and completed. This is such an amazing company! Very happy I found them when I did. We had a sewage back up in our home that sprayed a bunch of nasty stuff everywhere in our bathroom, kitchen and lower levels. We were seeing water damage throughout multiple rooms in our house. Needless to say a very stressful event.

Critical Control came in and took care of all the water damage, extracting and pumping everything out and then drying it. Their staff was truly wonderful, friendly and kind and made me feel safe in my home.

I didn't realize how extensive remediating a sewage back up like this would be. At first I just wanted them to be in and out as fast as possible. But Lyndsay talked me through the process it to understand how important not skipping a step is and I'm glad we did it right. Will definitely call them again if anything happens.
