Initially I was skeptical but since it was recommended by a friend and knowing it was a family owned business I decided to try it out. Great customer experience, and great job. Chloe came over and did a mold and water damage inspection. She gave me great advice and educated me on how to avoid money losing mistakes. Thanks Chloe.

Had some mold in the kitchen behind the cabinets from an old leak. Mike and his team came in and made everything feel safe during the process. I have breathing problems and they put plastic up as well as some machine that filters air and blows it out of the house.

Christmas day was a mess! Santa did not come to our house but a flood certainly did. I couldn’t believe that after seven calls to restoration companies, the only one that picked up was Critical Control. We woke up in the middle of the night to a giant puddle of water in our hallway. Our roof was leaking pretty badly and soaked our hardwood floors. Luckily we stumbled across Critical Control. These guys were amazing and saved our butts! Their team is top notch. This is one buttoned up team - calling me when they deployed, when they were 10 minutes out and then everyday with updates. Helping with my insurance questions because dealing with the adjusters can be a nightmare. So the team always came on time and then let me know what they did and what they are going to do next - if there was an issue they told me about it upfront. Trustworthy is what comes to mind.

If anyone has had to deal with fire - the disruption and stress of having our house in disarray was alleviated by the professionalism, skill and kindness of the crew. They were super responsive, sympathetic , and effective at facilitating communication amongst us and various team members. the project manager was also highly professional, kind, very knowledgeable and you know when someone just goes the extra mile to help. It made my family feel great.

Great job team ! I feel like I was your priority for the week and you knew my little antic and needs. There was a major water leak within our kitchen because the island has a sink that had a pinhole in the hose and also there was rubber seal that failed and so the drywall and the cabinets became super damp. In no time they assessed and provided me with a quote and started the job as soon as possible.Critical Control and their crew came in and promptly completed all the necessary processes and over the weekend was complete.

They explained and documented every task and were willing to represent our case to our insurance. Explaining the full scope and why they did what they did as industry experts. They were always prompt, every morning at 8am and plus they kept the environment in the house as clean as possible, and always were respectful to my mom who is staying with us for the fall. Our contents were protected with great care We so appreciated all the good work. Definitely recommend.

I just googled this company - Critical Control and am so lucky I came across them because first of all I am in escrow and in need to repair water damagein my flooring in the kitchen. The team has been very polite throughout the process. Carolyn has done an excellent job with keeping me posted with the progress and scheduling any appointments I may need. It has been a pleasure meeting with Nate during the different steps in getting my home repaired. He was always very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Happy Happy - even though this was challenging time. Our plumber recommended Critical Control and I'm so glad to get the recommendation. They scheduled their emergency crew to take care of my water damage and then the office ladies were so kind and patient with me since I had so many questions. The mean insurance company was trying to get over on me and the Lyndsay helped me so I could set them straight and then we were able to get my floors in quickly.

Well it all started with my hot water heater pipe behind the drywall having a small leak which made all the drywall wet and leaked into the bathroom on the other side and then into the downstairs . Critical Control was good in both the emergency services as well as the restoration part. The crew - Nate, Nathaniel and Sharon were all very friendly and good to work with. Good communication, very patient with all my questions, offered advice beyond the job some of which I took to reduce the chance for future leaks.

Well unfortunately we've had to use Critical Control for 3 separate water leaks within the past 2 years. Thankfully the professionalism and quick service was still unbeatable. They supported us with water mitigation, repairs and paint and just plain hand holding us through the process and I love their daily updates. I appreciate the team took the same urgency and provided super duper service for all 3 jobs. We didn't compare estimates but believe the quality was worth the rate. Critical Control is very responsive and professional. They genuinely care about their customer's experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others for water damage related cleanup. My job restoration portion of the job was too small for their schedule, but they gave me a referral for that which I appreciated.

Can I just say that Critical Control guys and gals were amazing! They ended up doing exactly what we needed at the area that actually suffered the water damage and it dried thoroughly. We had tenants and they bought them dinner while the kitchen was in dry mode. They went above and beyond!
