Kyle and Ray did great today. they changed our filters and let us know that whoever came out last neglected to change out the inside filters in our resort. Kyle said that he would contact the office and let them know to make sure this happens in the future as part of our quarterly maintenance. Thanks fellas.

It’s the middle of summer and I thought I’d be stuck waiting for the air conditioning to be fixed at Goodwill. But Doug came by the same day and fixed our AC in under an hour! Now the only thing I’m waiting for is the weekend 😎

My first call experience has been amazing. First call and Jason Finigan have been excellent with response and diagnosis of issues. Jason has become in short time my comfortable and preferred tech. It started as just availability and being lucky enough to have him. But he has resolved building tenure issues that PAST and Present facilities managers here at Pizzuti have struggled with resolutions. Even from other vendors previously assigned. Today at 445 N high st was another of those moments. That Jason quickly identified the issue and made immediate impact. My tenants have been happier with Jason’s problem solving and First call as a vendor.
