Comfortrol has an excellent customer service, are very responsive to our needs, and make reliable HVAC repairs. Their technician Tim provided an excellent service this week. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue we were having and fixed the problem quickly.

We contacted Comfortrol after regular business hours when one of our roof top units quit producing heat on one of the coldest days so far this winter. The friendly staff quickly scheduled a service appointment for the very next day. The HVAC technician arrived on time and immediately went to work diagnosing the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly explained the problem and repair options to us. We were thoroughly impressed by his expertise and efficiency. Comfortrol has earned a loyal customer in our business. After rescheduling our appointment because we were unaware of the first visit in advance and
communicating our contractor safety requirements and our general procedures for guests the second visit went well.
Steve replaced belts on our exhaust fan and insured our furnace was in good working condition.
