Called initially to get my house washed. The owner asked about doing the roof. I was concerned because of the age but was told all technicians know how to access the age and whether it can stand up to pressure washing. The technician showed up at 4pm yesterday afternoon got up on the roof by 4:20 or 4:30. Yesterday’s sunset was at 4:53 pm. At 5:40 I called to try and get him to stop on the roof it was dark and wet and he was by himself. Safety concerns!! He came down at 5:50. He was polite and respectful but I realized then he had no idea of the age of my roof. Wasn’t informed. Meanwhile, there has been no mention of doing the vinyl siding of my house which is what I wanted to begin with. Oh and the cost of the roof is almost double the vinyl siding. Yes, I feel duped by this company.

First, I choose this company based on their great rating, strong reviews and cost (yes we got other quotes). The morning of service two gentlemen showed up to shampoo our roof. Both were very helpful with my questions and then they began their work. They were VERY thorough and spent hours not only cleaning my roof but cleaning up the leftover debris to the point that you wouldn’t know they were ever here (aside from the water). We had clogged gutter drains and lots of leaf debris in the gutters that we didn’t even know about and they blasted them clean AND even power washed our windows, including the 2nd floor ones. They also cleaned our shed roof and our son’s treehouse roof for an additional (small) fee! All our roofs look brand new now! They truly went above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in a couple years!! Read more >
