Riley was great and did an excellent job.

Have used this service twice now to clean out my gutters prior to winter. Both times the scheduling has been a bit loosey-goosey (they'll schedule a day then show up without much forewarning a week or two later) but that does make sense given it'd be easier to do these jobs when the weather is ideal, and it hasn't been an issue for me.

Only hiccup was I never received the original invoice this time and had to play telephone tag with billing to take care of it. Read more >

This is the fourth time I’ve used CNY Roof Cleaners. Very professional and responsive. I receive a quote, followed up by an appointment if I choose. What I really like is, I can give them the ok to do the job, without having to be at the house! I live by a wooded area so cleaning the gutters is a must. They clean and flush the gutters and blow off the roof. They always try’s to contact me if I’m home, to let me know they are done, and to tell me if everything looks ok. Highly recommend. I needed my gutters cleaned out, like, NOW. With all the recent rain the gutters were overflowing horribly. Called CNY Roof Cleaners, and got an estimate the next day. I had a few others come by, but they weren't really interested in doing the job...most were roofers, looking for side jobs to keep busy but gutter and roof cleaning wasn't their stock-in-trade. Plus, some of their prices were too high. CNY gave me a proposal that was right there where I expected it, and was able to schedule the job within a few days. Before the tech arrived I received a copy of their Workers Compensation insurance policy...WOW! Reassuring, and very professional touch.
