CNY Roof Cleaners did an excellent job clearing out and cleaning the gutters on my house which were quite full, they also cleaned up the debris afterwards. They also did a free roof inspection which I appreciated. I will be calling them again in the future to keep the gutters clean. I highly recommend them as they are professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

Found this company when searching for gutter cleaning. Our house was in desperate need of a good gutter clean, as it was way overdue. I sent a request for quote online and heard from Zach the following day morning to book the appointment which to my surprise could have done the next day and even gave me a cheaper price so I went ahead and booked it for then. Vinny & Nick arrived on-time and were professional, explaining everything before/after. Now that we found a good company, we will definitely have them back yearly to maintain them going forward. Bonus that it is Veteran Owned. Thank you!

They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean up their workspace once they were done. I absolutely recommend them for any job. Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. He showed me before and after pictures and boy did I ever need this done. They are all set for the winter and I am very happy to have that done.

Guy who came through to discuss plan seems not to have communicated well with guy who eventually (weeks later) called about scheduling. That second guy discussed specifics about methods and techniques which turned out to have nothing to do with what the workman was equipped to do! Workman was businesslike and efficient, did a great job (differently from what that second guy had described and agreed). Bottom line: nice work, terrible communications. Price better than another quote, and it is worth saying that the competitor also lost the job due to poor communication as well as price.

EXCELLENT experiences! Prompt, professional, friendly, they did a great job with our gutters, AND they were HONEST! We've used them for ice dam removal, gutter cleaning, and roof life evaluation. After evaluating the ice dam, the serviceman told us we actually didn't need to do it because it would melt in the next few days, which it did. They also told us something else didn't need to be done, and told us roof has a lot of life left! WOW!
