The two guys introduce their names as Nick and Nick they were very polite and had me to check out their service. I was pleased with the outcome, except the power wash on my garage door had some paint peeling which now have to be repainted.

If I could add a 6th star I would.

Had ice dam. Tech removed the snow and ice to stop any water intrusion. Very pleased with his work.

My sister recommended CNY Roof Cleaning to me after having used them herself many times. We have used them twice, at two separate houses and have been very satisfied. They are polite young men who come to do the cleaning and do a very good job, cleaning up after themselves before they leave. Whenever I call the office they too are always polite, helpful and responsive.

Very professional field specialist who worked hard and did a fine job. Price was high but work quality and service in the field and from the office was great. Providing a more detailed basis for pricing is a way to improve.

Communication was the main challenge. It can be difficult to reach a person by phone, as calls are often handled by an AI assistant when the team is busy. It would be more helpful to have the option to leave a voicemail and receive a callback.

I also ran into an issue with scheduling. I had to reschedule my appointment weeks in advance due to a work conflict, but I still received a reminder for the original date while I was out of town. It took some effort to get in touch with someone to confirm everything.
