I called and spoke to Tyler. I explained i needed my gutters cleaned and told him of past experiences with not so positive results. He explained how they go about it and I booked them. Gentleman showed up on time, introduced himself and did a great job. He let me know when he was done and that was that. I'd use them again for certain!

We recently purchased a house that had been sitting vacant for almost a year. Since we live in a wooded area, we really needed to get the roof cleaned up to remove moss and other growth. The team showed up within a day or two of booking and spent the whole day cleaning every inch of the roof. They even made sure to rinse any debris that came off in the gutters and around the house. Just watched an employee on a commercial cleaning job at Cicero Animal Hospital while cleaning the gutter and roof, carefully remove a perfect randomly growing sunflower from the gutter, and gently transplant it into the existing garden 100’ away from where it was taken out. What a great look for the company and showing why effort matters. Great job.

CNY roofers repaired some broken shingles on my roof and sealed others to protect against weather-related wear and tear. The person who did the work seemed extremely competent, and I found it easy to communicate with the company from start to finish. Very reliable company--great service.

My technician Nick was very professional and worked very hard cleaning my roof which hadn't been done in 20 years. The difference is amazing. Nick was very professional worked hard and was very pleasant to work with even though I had wasps everywhere on my house. The scheduling was perfect. Couldn't do it all in one day and rescheduled and was there when they said they would be. I am very satisfied and grateful.

My roof was a mess. A lot of algae. Cleaning made a mess of the yard. The crew was there all morning until everything cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Update: this is my second year I've used CNY Roof Cleaners. This time Nick came out to pressure wash both the siding on my house, and a large run of white vinyl fence. He did a phenomenal job and spent the time necessary to make sure it was done completely and with detail. It all looks new again. I will absolutely call them back next year.
