While I had an overall positive experience with CNY Roofers—the quality of the work was good, the crew was professional, and the follow-up photos were helpful—there were a few hiccups along the way.

Communication was the main challenge. It can be difficult to reach a person by phone, as calls are often handled by an AI assistant when the team is busy. It would be more helpful to have the option to leave a voicemail and receive a callback.

I also ran into an issue with scheduling. I had to reschedule my appointment weeks in advance due to a work conflict, but I still received a reminder for the original date while I was out of town. It took some effort to get in touch with someone to confirm everything.
