We had ice build up in the front and back of our house, with a large build up where the garage meets the house. CNY Roof Cleaners showed up on the day agreed on, early I might add. They said they would shovel a few feet up from the eave and then get rid of the ice. They did exactly that. Very happy with the job they did. Thank you!!!!

We were concerned about the amount of heavy snow on our roof, so we searched for businesses in Syracuse who could remove it. Called CNY Roof Cleaners and scheduled an appointment. Keller came to our house, and by himself, shoveled that heavy snow off the roof, and off the smaller roof over our enclosed room off the back of the house. Though this was his last job for the day, and he looked tired, Keller shoveled that heavy snow that fell off the roof, onto the driveway in front of the garage door. This young man did an excellent job!! We would strongly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners for roof snow removal. *****

The staff was polite and professional and very helpful. They got out to the site quickly, despite awful winter storm weather, and did a great job clearing an ice dam on the roof.

Brayden did a great job! Very thorough and cleaned the whole roof of snow, got rid of the ice dams. The leak quickly stopped inside the house. Thank you for the quick response! I did find a small piece of roof shingle on the ground. He was hitting the ice hard, so I'm a little concerned about cracked shingles. I will probably have u back to seal the dormer edges. Again, thank you!

Was not at home when work done but my roof looked exactly what I hoped for. I had so much snow on and hanging and had ice hanging off my roof. The company was able to get here within 24 hours. I loved they were able to shovel my front porch so my mailman could get up onto it. Thank you sooooo much.
