From the start of the job until the very end, the team at Clean Sweep took very good care of us. We were suddenly faced with three inches of water in our basement and the emergency team came on a weekend and were professional and caring and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The next day, Rob and Luke were prompt, professional, and went out of their way to make sure the job was done properly. Rob and Luke came back every day until they (and we) were satisfied. In fact, the insurance field adjuster even went out of his way to comment on how well-done the remediation was.

We experienced water damage to our home - which was categorized as a level 3 (contaminated water). We had a first company come out and the work done was just awful - and worst of all, incomplete. So we called clean sweep enterprises. Justin, Mike and Ethan showed up on time, wore face coverings and shoe coverings without having to be asked to do so, and were friendly, understanding and professional throughout the entire experience.

Justin, Ethan and Mike showed up at 10am and kept on working until the job was done - well into the night - but got it all done in one day. This included moving furniture, removing walls, ceilings, cabinets, hardwood flooring and carpets, and granite countertops and backsplash, from both the main level and basement of our single family home.

We had the absolute best possible experience with Justin, Ethan, and Mike from Clean Sweep. What was a very stressful problem was made so manageable thanks to this team. When our water heater basically leaked all over our basement, the folks at Clean Sweep answered our call quickly, had a team out right away, and was so incredibly professional and helpful. They made it easy and talked us through every step of the process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services. While I hope I don't need emergency restoration again soon, I'll be calling Clean Sweep if I do!

We endured a month long ordeal with flooding in our brand new basement and Clean Sweep went above and beyond our expectations with the situation! The flooding was out of our control, at times, as we were waiting for the builder of the home to fix an external/internal issue. Each time it rained, Clean Sweep came back quickly to fix the new damage. Joshua Nipper explained things thoroughly and he and Ethan worked efficiently and positively as a team. HVAC accidentally soaked our carpet when replacing hot water heater. They called Clean Sweep to come. Josh and his crew were punctual, professional and thorough! I hope I don’t need this type of service again, but I know who to contact if I do!

Josh and Ethan were perfection! They arrived at my house, which had water damage from the second floor to the floor below. Josh tested for water in the walls and after explaining to me what needed to be done, he and Ethan worked quickly and efficiently to remove walls, shelving and flooring to dry them out so that reconstruction could begin. After 3 days of fans, they returned (as promised) to retest for any remaining water. There was none and they (plus Michael), removed their equipment. I cannot say good enough things about the team that worked in my house. I highly recommend Clean Sweep to anyone needing their services.

Following a major sewer back-up problem in our basement/family room Josh and Ethan arrived to access our needs. They extracted as much water as possible and set up a large dehumidifier and fan. They brought 2 additional helpers the following day and worked tirelessly from 1:30-5:45 pm, removing carpeting, padding and all wet materials. ...Checked for moisture around the walls and removed areas affected. All workers were friendly, explained their work thoroughly and were respectful of our property .Before leaving they positioned 16 fans and said they would return on Monday to check for dryness and pick up fans and other equipment.
We would definitely recommend Clean Sweep and not hesitate to use them for any future needs.
