Following a major sewer back-up problem in our basement/family room Josh and Ethan arrived to access our needs. They extracted as much water as possible and set up a large dehumidifier and fan. They brought 2 additional helpers the following day and worked tirelessly from 1:30-5:45 pm, removing carpeting, padding and all wet materials. ...Checked for moisture around the walls and removed areas affected. All workers were friendly, explained their work thoroughly and were respectful of our property .Before leaving they positioned 16 fans and said they would return on Monday to check for dryness and pick up fans and other equipment.
We would definitely recommend Clean Sweep and not hesitate to use them for any future needs.

Wes, Luke, and Rob were amazing! I was 9 months pregnant and discovered a water leak in my master bathroom. The plumber showed me the mold that was building up on the backside of the drywall. I wanted it remediated immediately so I didn't breathe it in for me or the baby. The plumber recommended to use Clean Sweep. They came at 8pm the same day and worked until the mold was removed, roughly 5 hours later. Highly recommend Clean Sweep! We had a clog in our main sewer line that caused the toilet in our basement to overflow. Wes, rob and Luke came to my house because of a leak I had in my kitchen. From the beginning they were professional. Wes explained everything they were measuring and what would need to be done and the whole process since I had a million questions. Once they got the ok to go ahead with mitigation they removed cabinets and flooring. Cleaned from top to bottom. Wes also spoke with my insurance adjuster to explain things for me. Ryan and the clean sweep team were great in helping us deal with a leak that had spread between a bathroom and a bedroom. They removed carpet, padding, bathroom tiles, and some drywall, then completely dried out the areas that the water had reached.

It was our first time dealing with a situation like this and were very reassured by the way they broke down what was and what wasn’t damaged. This included understanding the mold situation, which was a big worry but thankfully didn’t end up being a factor.

We were hit with a stunner of a sewage flood in our basement. Absolute emergency. Justin and Mike from Clean Sweep got to our house almost immediately from the time we requested help and took charge right away. It was a terrible mess and we did not know what to do. They removed damaged ceiling and walls, set up equipment to dry out exposed rafters, beams and log walls in our old farmhouse. They tested repeatedly for moisture and mold. Justin and Mike did an excellent job testing the walls for moisture and removing wet drywall from five rooms with water damage. They moved all the furniture, light fixtures etc. and moved them to safe places in my living room. They hung plastic on entrances to prevent dust from going into other rooms and covered the remaining furniture, They then set up fans in the damaged rooms.
They came back in a few days to test the walls again and remove the fans. They were happy to answer any questions. They were very professional and you could tell they enjoy the work that they do. I would be happy to refer them to anyone needing their services. Read more >
