I am so impressed with the service that I received from the Chandler Classy Closets that I wanted to write a review and recognize a few individuals. First, I've been working with designer, Dave who did an outstanding job with our master closet and laundry room. He was so patient, responded quickly, and met my every need...even with many revisions. Next, showroom manager, Brittany was sensational. She was so extremely helpful to me while I was in the showroom. She took her time and treated me like I was a VIP. These individuals are top-notch. We can’t thank Tim Phillips enough for our new Classy Closets! We did a lot of research and worked with a couple other companies before choosing Classy. Tim listened to what we were looking for, gave us suggestions on how to best utilize the space, worked with us to incorporate the lighting we wanted to use and best of all did it at a much lower price than the others. Wow, talk about professionalism, service and standing behind your product. Classy Closet installed shelves, hanging rods, cupboards and drawers in the master and guest bedroom closets of our new construction home in January 1996, nearly 24 years ago. A few months back one of several drawer fronts became loose, and I was unable to tighten it sufficiently to keep it from rubbing on the next lower drawer. We also recently developed a minor issue with a couple of the drawers slipping off the track if they are pulled out a little too fast or too far.

Classy Closets installer / technician to the rescue, with a 30 - 40 minute adjustment, no fuss, no dust and the kicker - no charge! To my surprise, it was covered under Classy Closets "lifetime limited warranty on our materials and workmanship as long as you live in the home."

Designer Josh Ream was savvy, on-time, and responsive. He made every effort to understand and meet our needs. His experience was extremely helpful as our job included a 33' wall of 9' high cabinets. We selected Classy after looking at 5 other companies. The installers were on time and efficient. They knew their trade and cleaned up after themselves. During the installation we had some practical concerns and found Josh to be accessible and helpful before, during and after the installation. Cristin came out, measured and got back to us with a great design for our small walk-in closet. A week later two amazing young women did an awesome job of tearing out the old rods and shelves, spackling, painting and installing our new closet in our new to us house. We just re-worked a reach-in closet in our master bedroom. It was a perfect solution to just shoving our old dresser in the space where the hanging closet rod once hung. I have so much more usable storage and it looks amazing. Had a few nicks in our newly painted area and some of our drywall screws are popping out. It's a little tight, but overall we love it. I chose Classy Closets as the company to update two bathrooms in my home. What sold me on Classy Closets were two things. The Designer, Cristin Young, could see my vision/understood the feeling in the rest of my home, and the craftsmanship in their Chandler Showroom. The team finished my project (two bathrooms at once) this week. I am more than pleased with the finished product. The cabinets and stone are beautiful, as well as, all of the other details. Today I had my garage cabinets installed. I love them! They are excellent quality and aesthetically beautiful and will provide me with lots of storage availability for all my stuff. Cristin was very professional and helpful with design recommendations that would fit both my needs and budget. She even followed up in person to check on the install before it was completed.
