We are so happy we went with Classy closets!! We had a consultation with another company, sadly the designer was inexperienced and did not provide us with any creative ideas for our unique closet space. I reached out to Classy Closets and booked an appointment with Rachel, she is a GEM! Our master closet is on the smaller side and an odd shape. Rachel quickly and professionally came up with a design that exceeded our expectations! She was able to utilize every inch and we love it! My favorite part is the built in hampers, she made it work. The appointment for installation was in a timely manner. The day of installation, the installers actually came a bit early. The young gentlemen were polite, professional and knowledgeable, they were fantastic. I had a vision for my bathroom renovation and couldn't find anything prefabricated that I liked. Classy Closets came in and put my design on paper with a few recommended tweaks and it's better than I dreamed! I now have a spa-like bathroom that I love! Alicia Smith, our designer, was fantastic to work with. During our home consultation, she listened carefully, taking notes to capture our vision for the reach-in closet. The next day, she emailed us a proposal, and after incorporating our adjustments, we finalized the design we loved. The entire process with Classy Closet was seamless, their prices were competitive, and all staff, including the installers, were professional. I’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them.
