Kat has this unqiue way with numbers and design. When we were in the measuring phase, I couldn't always visualize the final outcome in my head, but I trusted that she understood my vision and needs. We downsized our home for retirement and bought a new home. We went with builder finishes in the Owner's closet and laundry room but quickly realized the standard builder product left us woefully in need of more storage space. We had worked with Classy Closets a few years back and had a good experience so we called them up. Joy Whitehead came over and listened to our needs, then began putting together design options for us to choose from. We decided on a plan and got on their schedule. The installation crews showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful of our home in bringing in all the tools and materials for the install. Everything was completed as promised and we couldn't be happier. We are delighted with the finishes, soft close drawers and cabinet doors, hardware and appearance. In this day and age of Very Limited Customer Service, Classy Closets went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix a small problem with my 20 year old wall bed! Tim came out on time, totally fixed the problem, checked my additional wall beds and now everything seems brand new. Kat Maack was our designer and did a great job listening to what we wanted in our master closet design. Ever since we moved to our house in Chandler, we needed to improve the organization of our very long closet.
