We downsized our home for retirement and bought a new home. We went with builder finishes in the Owner's closet and laundry room but quickly realized the standard builder product left us woefully in need of more storage space. We had worked with Classy Closets a few years back and had a good experience so we called them up. Joy Whitehead came over and listened to our needs, then began putting together design options for us to choose from. We decided on a plan and got on their schedule. The installation crews showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful of our home in bringing in all the tools and materials for the install. Everything was completed as promised and we couldn't be happier. We are delighted with the finishes, soft close drawers and cabinet doors, hardware and appearance. In this day and age of Very Limited Customer Service, Classy Closets went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix a small problem with my 20 year old wall bed! Tim came out on time, totally fixed the problem, checked my additional wall beds and now everything seems brand new. Kat Maack was our designer and did a great job listening to what we wanted in our master closet design. Ever since we moved to our house in Chandler, we needed to improve the organization of our very long closet. She sat down with us to go over the design and to make final tweaks and she had great ideas while listening to what we wanted in the final result. Classy Closets actually worked a miracle with my master closet in my newly built home. When I closed on my house the closet was a joke. There were a few rods to hang clothes 2 or 3 shelves and the rest wastes space. I called Classy Closets and had the pleasure of working with Lisa. We discussed my needs as far as storage and functionality, and the design she produced is literally perfect! We had two closest designed and installed by Classy Closets. Paul A., our installer communicated his arrival time and was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing, verified the plans, and answered all our questions. We are completely satisfied with the final product, both from quality and installation. My husband and I consolidated 2 houses of stuff into our Gilbert home and realized very quickly we needed more storage…..everywhere! I reached out to several companies and I was most impressed with Lisa Strempke at Classy Closets. She set an appointment time, showed up when expected, and delivered a quote with several options within a day or two. She also put me in touch with Carl Strempke to build a stone wall unit to house our electric fireplace and mounted TV. In all we had our owner’s suite closet redone, added several cabinets in the garage, turned a blah den into a great library by adding a wall of shelves and closed cabinets, built the wall in the living room, and on each side added lighted floating shelves and cabinets. I had Classy Closets build in a desk and shelves in an alcove I had in my master bedroom. It came out perfectly!! Just what I had envisioned!! I added some wallpaper to the back wall before the install for a little more “one of a kind” look and love what it added. We’ve completed four projects (three closets and a media center) with Classy Closets so far. Our designer, Charity, was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to our needs and reworked the designs as needed. Charity was very communicative and accommodating throughout the process. The install teams were just as great and professional. They came out a second time to cut additional bars for all three closets to hang clothes.
