I would describe our experience as excellent. Nathan and Josh were very receptive to my husband's many questions as well my own thoughts and questions. Our love seats and wing chair and bedroom carpet were really well cleaned. We have used Classic Care before. We are very happy that we chose to do so again. We would do so again. Josh did a great job! He arrived on time, and this is the best our dated old carpets have ever looked. We've had them cleaned by other companies before, but they've never come this clean. We have four kids and a dog so we are hard on carpets! Our area rug also came back looking great - much appreciated!

Had a very dirty older oriental handwoven rug cleaned. Extremely impressed with how clean the rug is! It smells great (clean, no heavy odors), feels so soft and looks almost like new. Very kind and thoughtful staff, highly recommend!!
