ALWAYS HAD GOOD AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE FROM CLASSIC CARE OVER THE YEARS. REPRESENATATIVE WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS PERSONABLE, FAST AND EFFICIENT AND IS A GOOD EMPLOYEE. He arrived promptly, very friendly and had the job done quickly.

I was amazed how fast the job was done. The gentleman was very efficient and cooperative about moving things. The rug looked terrific and we were extremely pleased with the final result. Great job!

Would be a five star rating, except we had a different technician than the name we were given - which always makes things a little questionable. Satisfactory explanation was given, but one still wonders. Excellent job, very friendly and considerate of surroundings, worked very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results!

From the moment I walked into Classic Care's office to the time the service fellow appeared at my door and completed a full hour's cleaning, all was professional, timely and with excellent communication. Nathan from Classic Care was great. All resort guest rooms were cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. He was also very accommodating in working around our the challenges of completing the cleaning when our occupancy was relatively high.

I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. I am very happy with the results and feel comfortable now having it as a bed for my guests. The staff is always so friendly and considerate.... I highly recommend them!! ~Jonnie

I scored a "last-minute cancellation" appointment to have my living room and hallway carpets cleaned. Service was prompt, and communication with the office and driver was excellent. He did a great job. I was able to pay the cleaner using a credit card, which is handy. I appreciated the environment/pet friendly product and my carpets were dry by day's end. Easy peasy!

As a homeowner a variety of tradespeople come through our door to help us maintain and care for our home - some good, some less good, some simply not good at all. Doug and Nathan of Classic Care Carpet are exemplary in customer service, workmanship and attention to detail. Nathan called a day in advance of our scheduled service, arrived on time, did a great job, was considerate of our home, our time and of us. He is one of those tradespeople who was a pleasure to have in our home. Because of Nathan, Classic Care is now our default carpet care, upholstery cleaning professionals.
