Classic care was very good on keeping us informed when they would be arriving. The fellow doing cleaning was polite and fast. Carpet was very dirty in spots and carpet came quite clean in those particular areas the rest of carpet was great. I would certainly call them in the future . Thank you

I was disappointed that I was told James would be coming on a specific day to return my carpets but I called when he was 1/2 hour late and was then told oh no, his other apt in Parksville was cancelled. I rescheduled other apps to be here.

I believe in Lorne the owner. I met him 20 years ago. From when I called in to make the appt to when the tech arrived, the staff was kind and professional.

Right from the first telephone contact the service was professional and friendly. They were able to come out to my home and collect the blinds quickly. I called on a Friday and they were there as promised on Monday at 8:00 am. I got several emails confirming my appointment and a phone call on the Monday morning saying they were in their way and that they would be on time. They were. They removed and collected my 17 blinds quickly and were away with them in about 45 mins promising to return the next morning at 8:30 am to hang them. That is exactly what happened . Mick who came out to my home was very nice and very careful and respectful of our home. The settling of the bill was all on line as Mick did it through his phone and I recurved an e-receipt immediately and at the originally quoted price . We had a whole glass of red wine spilled on our carpet. Classic care picked it up, the next day, during a snow storm and returned it without anything showing. We also had them do a small wall to wall which had been done by a previous company with not very good results. All cleaned up and a well qualified technician.
