I have used Classic Care for the past two years and I have been very pleased with the carpet cleaning and the very professional service by the employee. As I live in a rental property I do not clean the carpets any more than once per year. Therefore the coupon is not valid for our house. Thank you for the offer. We will probably see you next year.

We have used Classic Care for many years, and just now (Sept 2020, during the time of Covid) they performed the best job ever! Aidan came to our home for the first time and did a most remarkable cleaning considering we have light colored carpets that hadn't been cleaned in at least 9 months, and 3 dogs who tend to track in as much dirt as my husband & I who also have horses, gardens & grounds from which we seem to acquire an inordinate amount of earth! Believe me, he performed a miracle and our home smelled better than ever!

I have used this Nanaimo company in past years but the service was even better this year. The technician arrived right on time and his service was thorough and professional. The carpet dried in record time, even though I could not open windows due to poor air quality from smoke. The carpet looks amazing and would definitely recommend this company.

We had our carpets cleaned but it brought out a smell of wet dog. They came back and did a sanitizing treatment and my house doesn't smell at all and the carpets feel great. Thank you for such great work and customer service.
