Aiden arrived promptly, did excellent work, and The price was as quoted. He was receptive to my dog's initially protective nature and professional on all interactions. He practiced covid protocol and showed me the work at the end to ensure I was happy. Would use again & highly recommend

Classic Care did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. James was very professional, kind and prompt. I cleaned my carpets myself previously with a rented machine, which took most of a day. I can say that I will never do it again. Classic took an hour and did a way better job for not much more money!

Classic Care surpassed expectations when our restoration company sent them an old beat up rug, much in need of a good cleaning, that had been used to cover a rough cement surface in the crawlspace and then was water damaged when our hot water tank sprung a fast leak. It came back looking like brand new on one side and only slightly less than new on the other side--too good to put back into the crawlspace! Classic care made a pleated blind look like new. We will be sending them the rest of the blinds to clean as needed. These shades were bought years ago and Staff at Classic Care were up front in warning us that the discoloured glue might mean that the blind would not do well in the cleaning process. The risk was worth it because the came up beautifully refreshed and clean. Given the cost of new blinds, definitely the right decision to trust in the expertise of Classic Care....

We just had our carpets cleaned today, as well as the tile in our kitchen and front hallway. I felt compelled to write a review because the young man who did the work did such a great job on everything. I had been thinking I should replace the carpet in our bedroom and up the stairs and hallway but they look new again so we're good there. We had a kitchen reno a few years ago and I was talked into a light grout which looks great but the light grout stained in heavier traffic areas. The grout is light again everywhere and I'm very happy about that! We have also used Classic care over the years for a big wool and silk area rug that always comes back looking great. By the way, the carpet cleaned today is just about dry after a few short hours. I highly recommend this business.

Classic Care carpet cleaning person was on time, courteous and COVID responsible. Our carpet is light beige and was in desperate need for cleaning. The living room looked positively wonderful. The entrance paths into our bedroom and spare room were not as clean as expected. There were a few spots that were not removed completely. Other than that we thought it was a decent job.

Called Classic for carpet cleaning a condo. Excellent service from the initial appointment booking to end result. The carpets look fantastic.
