Josh was amazing. He definitely had a challenge on his hand. I purchased a sectional that had some staining on it. I did not see upon purchase. He got it all out. It looks brand new extremely happy!

After some phoning around, I liked how this company responded quickly, and on the phone, even after several calls, James was unfailingly upbeat and helpful. The price was right as well. Then, on Friday, Jason shows up on time, ready, attentive, and eager to get to work. Once the job was done, I was briefed on how things went, got booties on, and went in to look around at the work done. Jason explained things thoroughly, and in all the price was well worth it for the overall experience.

Dropped off our area rug to Classic Care. Our senior pet had a few accident on the rug over a couple of months and our home carpet cleaner just couldn’t do the job. CC dipped the carpet in a solution to neutralize the odour then thoroughly cleaned it. I picked it up after a couple of days and it looks and smells great!!

We just picked up our area rug for our living room that is eight years old and looks brand new after cleaning it. We have them attend our home to clean the carpet in the first level of the house. It usually gets dirty from our animals especially during winter months The carpet looks amazing when they finish cleaning it. We have used their services for five years and highly recommend them. They do an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in quite a while and after today, they look so good. We had a couple of bad stains that were removed to our surprise. I had Classic Care clean my living room furniture and a large area rug a few years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. I am very happy with the results and feel comfortable now having it as a bed for my guests. The staff is always so friendly and considerate.... I highly recommend them!! ~Jonnie

Took our wool rug that I bought in Nepal 25 years ago to get cleaned. Got it back like it looked in the showroom. It was never in a high traffic area in the house so it wasn’t really worn at all. Dropped off another Nepali rug that had a lot more wear to it. Looking forward to getting it back.

I recently used Classic Care to come in and clean the carpets of my Condo. I had a very short window to get the carpets cleaned as I sold my condo and bought a home and it all happened on the same day. Classic Care was supposed to come Friday which was the day I booked. When the tech called me prior I was stressed about the timing worried I wouldn't have the bedrooms cleared out for him to clean and he changed the schedule last minute to help alleviate my stress which I appreciated greatly. They were professional, quick, and did a great job with my carpets. I will absolutely use them again and recommend anyone who needs carpets done to go to them!
