I’m from South Carolina and I can say food is on point

Kiah is such a joy! Great atmosphere and food!

We went to this restaurant on a Friday night. The wait was about 40 minutes for a party of two.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and served hot. The drink selection was very good too. If you love seafood or find yourself out of town on a Friday night during lent, it is a great option.

I ordered the Mango Salmon. I saw the picture on the menu (or maybe online) but mine didn’t have the mango salsa on top of it. I told the gentleman that delivered our food to the table that I had the mango salmon. He said that mine was the mango salmon. I don’t think I was served mango salmon, but the salmon was prepared to perfection. It was outstanding, mango or not. For sides I had green beans and cole slaw. Both sides were good as well. I highly recommended this place.

First visit but would definitely visit again.

She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service and making sure her guests have a good experience. Our whole table left happy thanks to her. If you get Liz as your server, you’re in great hands!

Food was really good, the waiter had a really good personality

On a work trip from Pennsylvania was recommended by a couple friends back home it was a great place, great food and great service would definitely come again and recommend to anyone. Thank you Amanda for attending us.

In town for the NAIA Championship Swim and Dive Meet from Florida. Atmosphere is adorable and food was delicious! Tanner was our waiter this evening, he was spot on with recommendations and attentive!!! Thank you Tanner for making us feel welcome!

I recently visited The Chubby Trout, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a relaxed dinner with friends or family.

The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the sushi was especially impressive. The presentation looked amazing and the flavors were even better. The menu has a lot of variety, so there is something for everyone whether you want sushi, seafood, or a full entrée.

One of the best parts of the visit was our waitress, Emma. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her service really stood out and made the experience even better.

Overall, The Chubby Trout is a place I would definitely recommend. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back....

This is LITERALLY my favorite place to eat in Elkhart. Excellent quality food, and thw servers are great. A must visit.

Great waitress! Tiff was beyond amazing i wish i could do more than 5 stars! The sushi boat for 4 was delicious and made it possible for someone with allergies to enjoy it as well extremely accommodating! For the first time there and first time trying raw sushi ill definitely be back soon!!! 😋
