The Chubby Trout is always a must stop whenever in town. Great food and sushi is amazing. If you're lucky, Syna will be your server and you will have an amazing meal!

Liz was amazing with her service. Felt like a friend was waiting on me. The food all looked great! I had the Volcano Roll (great suggestion, Liz!!) and it was amazing packed with flavors!! I’ll definitely go back to the Chubby Trout!!!

The Chubby Trout is a small, interesting place. Great atmosphere and awesome food options.
The Sue Sue tacos are a bit spicy but delish! Lots of food. The prime rib sandwich, chubby trout plate and the kids fish bites were great.

The food was very good! They were super accommodating for our huge party of 13 and the food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. Our sever Kennedy was amazing as well. Overall, would recommend!

One of my favorite spots in the area. Wonderful menu and drinks. Sushi is always fresh and delicious. Never expected good sushi out here but they deliver every time. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. I have been here when it was dead and been here when there is a 40 minute plus wait and the service and food quality is always spot on.

Great food served quickly. New server Sarah was attentive and allowed us to get samples of beer to go with our fish. Always the best time with a very friendly atmosphere. Will recommend it to everyone.

We come here several times for company meetings/meals. Meagan has served us 3 of those times and each time she provides great quick service. She is very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

Found this little gem when we stopped for the night on our road trip. It seemed like a must stop with the name and it did not disappoint. The key lime martini was delicious. The Chubby Trout was perfectly cooked and hubby had the halibut special which was also amazing. So good that I forgot pictures! They featured a house made tiramisu which was the perfect amount to share after our meal and was exactly what you’d expect for tiramisu.

First time and it did not disappoint, everything was delicious. Tiff & Alicia were great!

First timers! Amazing food and drinks! Rainbow trout, perch and coconut shrimp were so fresh and delicious. Salad fresh with homemade dressing. Did I mention the trout was outta this world! Fast service! Amanda was kind, attentive and informative! We can’t wait to return! We travel from NY to Colorado each year and will be sure to stop by again! Fresh food, amazing flavors, great service and great atmosphere! Thanks!
