Constructive Feedback:
I do wish the weekly inspection reports had included more detail. For example, the lawn became overgrown over several weeks, and that wasn’t flagged. I understand that some issues—like lights, fans, or the AC being left on after showings—were outside of Luis’s direct control, but during inspector's regular visits (usually weekly), I would have appreciated if those things were reported or addressed.
Looking back, I’m at peace with the choices I made, and I truly believe we took the right path. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Chandler Crouch team to anyone looking for a real estate experience that’s not only effective, but also compassionate and human.
