First, Patricia met with us and let us know what to expect. She had already done her research regarding comparative house that had sold recently as well as those in the market. She made us aware of the current selling environment and what She felt the house was worth.
During this first face to face meeting, She walked through the house and front, back and side yards to give us suggestions on how to show the house at its best.
She also scheduled a staging expert who came to our house, looked at the outside and inside to let us know how to position furniture or pictures in the most appealing way. She also gave us a list of pointers regarding how to prep the house for showing.
