When we started the house buying process, we didn't really know what we wanted or generally how the process worked. Luis did an absolutely amazing job at walking us through each and every step of the house buying process and keeping us updated and addressing our concerns even into the later hours of the night. During the house tours, he would always point out every issue he saw and really acted in our best interest and wasn't just there to sell us just any house but the house that we wanted and was best for us. Through this, he found the perfect house for us that went far above and beyond our initial expectations and hopes. After we selected the house, Luis and Tracie always replied to any of our questions extremely quickly and referred us to the other necessary people in the house buying process which all immensely reduced the stress of the process and just streamlined everything. We cannot recommend Luis, Tracie, and Chandler Crouch enough and we are so grateful for their help!!
