Because of the positive interaction interaction, I told them that I was going to use them when I was ready to sell my house. About a year later I called to have my home listed. Amazing service and attention to detail. Their communication has been great and they took a lot of stress out of the closing process. These guys are great at working out solutions to challenges that arise during the closing process, they came through on a last minute curve ball that could have pushed out closing to a much later date. Expert advice, great communication, and demonstrated understanding of my needs through the process. Although I would not consider myself a "difficult" client, I admit that my requirements tended to quickly change based on external factors. I have been very satisfied with every protest over the past 4 years Chandler has done for me. In the past I always did my own protest and was successful in getting a reduction, not as good as Chandler has been able to secure, but he’s the professional!
