She hustled from day one to ensure our house looked its best and was ready for show, and her efforts resulted in two exceptional offers in under a week. While this process has not gone as smoothly as I expected this was a issues with the buyers agent and Micah and the team did what we needed to get this completed. I appreciate their professionalism and their responsiveness to any questions or concerns we have had.

Chandler Crouch helped us keep our Property taxes under control. This is a service they provide free of charge. When the time came to sell our house we decided to consider them, and they did not disappoint. Chandler has a booklet which explains the process of selling a property; from getting it ready, to assessing it's true market value to marketing. Their agent, Micah Tomasella, explained the process in detail and answered all our questions. Their service is not just selling, is also making sure that the house is well staged (they have a dedicated Staging professional), they took professional photos, videos and produced a virtual tour which enhanced the ability for potential buyers to "discover" our house without even setting foot in it. They do really a great job

I don't really write review of anything good or bad experience, but I feel like I'm obligated to write a positive review about this dude. Where people are charging 25%-50% of tax saving or a flat fee without any guarantee of saving, Chandler Crouch does it free... really? who else do that?
The main reason for my review about Chandler is personal. This is the first time I'm protesting my property value, and just following his video I was able to reduce my property value by $40,000. Means I will not pay almost $1000 in property tax this year,..... WOW......
Chandler's video of how to protest shows how to protest "automated level" on my computer. I didn't have to go anywhere or talk to anyone. Chandler Crouch is amazing. He truly deserve a minimum 5 star from me and a lots of blessing.
