I was referred to CET by a colleague this morning. Ian was incredibly helpful and friendly. He completely changed my day! I'd been on the phone with various computer experts for the last 3 hours, and Ian was able to help me understand the technical issues I was experiencing and to guide me to a solution very quickly. Technical difficulties can be very stressful for those of us that are not technologically inclined. Ian was a pleasure to work with. Prior to CET even working on my pc, he was readily available to advise me on what exactly I needed in a pc (based on my needs). After Ian set up my pc, he spent about 45 minutes with me answering all my questions and explaining different functions I was not familiar with. I am sending all my friends to them as their customer service and knowledge is outstanding!

These guys are very responsible and dependable. I know very little about computers but they do and give great service . They have a cool and convenient office in Town Center and I recommend Tim and crew to anyone that needs IT help.
