This place deserves more than just 5 stars honestly from my experience. The staff have always been very polite and extremely helpful and transparent about what they are doing with your devices. They are quite good at solving the issue and getting your device back to you in a timely manner, if they have issues they call you and tell you what's going on, which I appreciate very much. They even went above and beyond to help me get my PC back to me before the original date they had told me! These guys are great. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had the opportunity to have them solve a problem with my lap top while I waited, they flew right it on the counter. Tim and Julia were good and fast, and we even had a few laughs wile doing it.

We had a few upgrades needed with our ancient Lenovo tower in order to keep us going until we fully do a switch to all new equipment in the next few months.
